Everyone's leadership capacity will rise and fall on these three things: Character, Core Competency, and Culture. If we can talk about these core issues and get these things right, we will see stronger leaders, stronger teams, and ultimately stronger churches.
Questions to ask yourself:
What are some character issues that you can work on in yourself?
What are some core competencies that are alive in your team and in yourself?
What is some of the culture by design that is working? What are some that need to be addressed?
