To kick off our return from our break, we thought it was only right to talk about an app that kept us entertained during it, and that was none other than Clubhouse. However, as entertaining as the app is, it can also be seen as problematic when certain narratives/agendas are pushed on it. Especially those about black women. We address a couple of questions, including: If she was 'acceptable' enough for you to sleep with her, why isn't she 'acceptable' enough for you to make sure she got home safe? Do mandem only protect girls when there's an agenda behind it? Why do mandem take offence to being corrected on their behaviour, rather than addressing why the behaviour needs to be corrected in the first place?
