Josh Landen,

Sermon: The Law and Life in the Gospel (Pt. 6)
Scripture: Galatians 3:15-29
Series: Galatians
Teacher: Josh Landen (Men's Ministry)

In this sermon, Men's Ministry Pastor Josh Landen explores the Apostle Paul's message in Galatians 3:15-16, emphasizing the contrast between the limitations of the Law and the fulfillment found in faith through Christ.

The Apostle Paul illustrates that, much like human covenants, God's promise to Abraham is unchangeable despite the later introduction of the Law. The Law, given centuries after Abraham, was never intended to save but to highlight humanity's sinfulness and our need for God's grace, acting as a temporary guardian until the coming of Christ. Through faith in Christ, believers are united as children of God, transcending all previous distinctions and becoming heirs to God's promises, including the kingdom of God and eternal life.

Ultimately, the Gospel offers salvation not through adherence to the Law but through faith in Christ, fulfilling God's promise to Abraham and bringing forgiveness, reconciliation, and adoption into God's family.
