Today's first question involves a discussion of epididymitis, a condition characterized by tenderness and swelling of the epididymis, the sperm-carrying tube located at the back of the testicles. Dr. Mistry discusses symptoms to watch for as well as both holistic and surgical treatment options available. 

Our second question comes from a male listener who is concerned about the smaller size of his genitalia and would like to know more about proper hygiene below the waist. Dr. Mistry discusses the importance of physical examinations for patients, and believes that the cause for this patient's concerns are likely multi-factorial.
