Friendssss! I am back for another episode in the Mental Health Awareness Month "Yourself Series" and this week I got show notes lol! This episode is called "Elevate Yourself PT2." and I go into detail about the literal definition of the word elevate. I break down several of the ways in which you can elevate yourself. Of course I get to telling yall my business and where I am in my journey of elevation and the uncomfortable realizations that I've been confronted with along the way.
