Since 2010, Rafael has worked to influence greatness in human resources by engaging, elevating, and serving the Southern California HR community, which impacts the lives of more than 2 million employees. He is a tireless advocate for HR professionals leading as strategic partners in all organizations.
Prior to joining PIHRA, he was the top administrative and executive officer at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. For over 20 years, Rafael demonstrated continuous progression leading nonprofit and for-profit organizations in marketing and events roles.
