Episode 12 - My Evening Ritual and "Why"

Join Rob today as he talks about his evening ritual (routine) and the reasons why this has become an important part of his life - and why it should be an important part of yours.  Morning is the time of day where I function most optimally - and I am making a concerted effort to optimize that time of day, hence the routines I keep in the morning and the evening.

Beginning around 7:30pm or so, I will attempt to begin my routine as follows:

  1. Make lunch for the following day
  2. Shut down electronic devices
  3. Undress
  4. Yoga / Movement
  5. Walk the dog (barefoot)
  6. Floss and brush teeth
  7. Journal
  8. Read a physical book

Improved consistency with both morning and evening routines lead to an improved quality of life.  Consider a structured routine to begin and end your day and experience the benefits for yourself!
