This week Jasmine Elizabeth encourages you to stop and give yourself a round of applause! Take time to acknowledge all you've overcome and accomplished these last 11 months. We know it can be hard to celebrate yourself but this week we want you to:
1. Look in the mirror and say "I love you" and then compliment yourself
2. Reflect on your journal or calendar and celebrate all you've done - cause you did it!
