In this episode I focus on the power of letting go and to get on back mission.
If you are feeling overwhelmed right now go a journey of inward retreat. Put yourself first, prioritise your needs, this is not selfish, if fact it is the exact opposite. How can we possibly take care of those that we love if we first do not take care of ourselves.
Be at one with yourself and your feelings, allow them to just be. This has been a profound experience and journey and over the next few weeks I'll be exploring more about the art of retreat, meditation, breath work, connecting back to self and deepening your inner wisdom so that you can gracefully, joyfully live the life that was meant for you.
Stop settling and putting off the pain, its time to reclaim your life and live fully in your purpose.
