Brian Wells Sr
Brian is a 4th generation homesteader. He has been homesteading since 2008 with his wife Bonnie and son Brian J on a little over 2 acres of land in beautiful upstate NY. The family raises (or has raised) standard breed chickens, meat chickens, meat rabbits, turkeys and pigs (American Guinea Hogs). Brian is an avid gardener who has a soft spot for the square foot garden and Ruth Stout garden methods. He enjoys canning the harvest but also has dabbled in dehydration and fermentation. Currently, his family has embarked on a change in their way of eating, slowly transitioning to the Mediterranean Diet.
