Speaker 1:

Now let's think about AI from a perspective of actually doing the coaching. Now, at our company we have a product called CoachApply, and CoachApply is a platform that teaches people how to coach. It also has coaching maps where there are many coaching plans that people can download or print as PDFs. So when you think about that, one of the things that we did is we built an AI tool around it so someone can go in and say or prompt the system to say give me three questions for somebody who's lacking initiative, give me three activities. You know how do I hold them accountable, things like that. And it really maps to the coaching framework that we teach. And so, as I've been doing more of a deep dive, you know, basically that's our own GPT Chat. Gpt allows you to go in and really reference, if you will, questions or prompts and you know you hear the term prompt engineering where you can ask the platform questions and it'll give you information or write an article or what have you, or write an email. Gpts really are designed to extract and make it easy for people to utilize your knowledge base. So let's say, you have a catalog of information, maybe products and features and benefits. You could upload that content. You could upload that content and then ultimately build your own GPT. So currently, right now, we're building out GPTs for very targeted areas like how do I help someone become a better listener, how do I help someone become a better teammate Things that are germane to our business. So, again, when you're thinking about building out your AI strategy, you've got course development, you've got direct coaching. You can create for lack of better description your own GPT or help engines.

Speaker 1:

Think about video. We're building out interactive video lessons that we're embedding in an assessment platform. I mean really cool stuff. So, ultimately, what's happening right now is AI, from a tool perspective, is exponentially going to make doing our work much faster. So the theme of this month is the wild world of AI. How is this going to compare with human-based coaching? So think about building a video that you would build from scratch versus just putting in a prompt. Think about building out a course that could take hours. Now you can do it in a matter of minutes. So think about the functional uses. And here's a suggestion for you Think about reinvesting those time savings into human-based coaching. See, we always go to this tech going to replace the human part, right? What if the tech gave us more time to interact as humans.
