The Wednesday wellbeing show 11th of November 2020 with Pamela O'Leary
This week on the #Wednesdaywellbeing show I'm chatting with Pamela O’Leary.
Pamela is a Clinical Consulting Hypnotherapist using effective techniques including emotional tapping and NLP.
She is an international presenter and author, always seeking the latest in all modalities to share with her clients.
Having had weight and body issues over the years Pamela found a healthy lifestyle that suits her that she now successfully shares with 100’s of clients all over the world.
Pamela’s unique program ‘You and Your Best Body for Life ‘ is here to stop all people from ever having to diet again.
In this weeks show we chat about the real struggle many of us have with weight and health issues.
Intermittent fasting is something I've heard alot about but is it a sustainable way to live?
Pamela had tried every diet known to man (or woman) and found that she was an expert dieter. However, she couldn't sustain a manageable weight when she stopped the diet.
In 2013 one of her clients started intermittent fasting and dropped down 15 kilos and has maintained that ever since.
So in 2019 Pamela did the same. Only she incorporated the Fast 800 lifestyle alongside her extensive knowledge of the mind.
She is now offering a great program for everyone interested in slimming down and living a healthier happier life.
