And so and you're listening to career growth made easy as we wrap up 2019. We like to reflect. Sometimes, though, we have some challenges that might have affected us. It could have been in our personal or family health history, maybe an issue with the job transition, job loss, downsizing. Then we might have had some issues with our home, such as major remodeling, your construction, doing a problem. Or maybe our vehicle had some issues, right? Some of that stuff could be really costly and add stress to our lives. But those air, the negatives we can also focus on our success is the things that have brought us joy in 2019 our accomplishments, and then look at our personal and professional development growth in that year.
