You will need: 

  • large pot 
  • wooden spoon
  • knife 

Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef mince (or a mix of been and pork) 
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves 
  • 400 gram can of tomatoes 
  • 1-2 tbsp tomato paste (optional) 
  • Dried oregano (optional) 
  • Veggies (optional) such as carrot, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms
