Vincent A. Lanci/ Rugare Como Season 19 Episode 7

A preview of this week's show:

  • Shame leads to silence– where his journey started
  • Suppressing challenges
  • Going 20 years without asking for help
  • Different superpowers emerging over time

At 16, he moved from Zimbabwe to Australia alone, where he studied law and achieved great professional success. But internally, he grappled with suppressing his identity as a gay man due to childhood trauma and the illegality of homosexuality in Zimbabwe, which made it dangerous in his community. This internal conflict led to health issues, financial struggles, and homelessness.

Through years of mentorship and leadership training, Rugare transformed his relationship with himself, embracing a life of purpose and wonder. Today, he helps others exceed their personal and professional expectations.

He is helping you quiet the voice of anxiety holding them back.

In his new book, Dreams: Forging My Own Path, Gomo explores these transformative experiences. Rugare is a true example of succeeding in life and business when the odds are stacked against you.
