Whenever we go to conference, I'm the one social butterfly, I started conversation bringing, bring my business partner in. And then we continue the conversation. But when he started talking about putting, Information and ideas into a spreadsheet to where it makes sense for identifying the highest and best use for a property. He does that almost seamlessly, right? He's a data analyst. He's a research scientist for the army. So he's parsing our data on a daily basis. So that is a strong point. Us collaborated together where I focused on building a relationship and he focused more and more on the back end. We get us working together. But remember in the beginning, I talk about, we didn't just jump into partnership. We took some time to learn each other, understand what make each other, tick and also understand some of our strength and some of our weaknesses and ensure that we can create that synergy in our partnership. And from the partnership, we've transitioned into larger project. I was going from single family properties and he had about 20 units at a time. And we were looking to scale and with the partnership and the synergy that we've created by learning each other and learning our strong points and learn the value that we bring to the team, we were able to take on larger projects and create better relationship as we expand H Squared Capital. Don't be afraid to seek mentorship of like minded individual.
