Now keep in mind that the quality of the features that were accepted 20 years ago, 15 years ago, has changed significantly over the years. So when we are buying these property, we are looking at what is trending. And can we take a B class property and make it a B plus property comparable to A class property, but not exactly at those price points. So we can go in, we can do some force appreciation and we can get our investors some good returns without taking a great risk. So it's important to understand the quality of asset that you're investing with and also the operator, and this would help you to pretty much look over the horizon of how the property can perform because of your understanding of the property. Partner, get some collaboration, take time to know those operators and you can expand the your net worth through those strategies.
