Knowledge Nuggets and Take-Aways:

  • A great coach/practitioner knows that the client teaches them
  • We create our own suffering - RISE will help you shift your way of thinking towards abundance, peace and prosperity
  • Hypnotism is NOT a show it is therapy
  • R.I.S.E process is: Relax, Imagine, Suggest, Empower
  • We are constantly acting out of our subconscious programming and traumas - work to steer your thoughts instead of being steered
