A Fitness Journey: Dealing with Cystic Fibrosis (w/David Isaacks)

To kick off the new year, we're back with a fitness topic and a motivational story for true "fit-spiration!"

As part of a new series of fitness stories, we're inviting guests to talk about their journeys with fitness and some of the struggles they've faced. 

We start with David Isaacks, local friend and coach of Crossfit Cereberus in Blue Springs, Missouri. He shares his experience working out with Cystic Fibrosis, a disease that affects the lungs, pancreas and other vital organs. He describes how his diagnosis never gets in the way of his desire to compete in competitions and continually improve athletic performance.
