S4:E8: What Keeps You From Living an Embodied Life
We long to live a full and embodied life where we feel connected, on purpose, and intimate with ourselves and the experience with those around us. I believe we are all born with an innate desire to live from our embodied and whole selves. Then, something happens, or rather many things can happen to disembody and disconnect us from our birthright and our truth. We go through life wondering if we're ok, thinking we're broken, and feeling lost. Add the layers of fear, shame, and pain and we have the perfect poison to keep us from our truth until we find the antidote.
Join Katie today as she shares her perspective on what keeps you from living an embodied life and a practice to help you start to really feel into this for yourself.
Welcome beautiful soul! I am so glad you are here.
Connection and community are my jam, so if you would love to connect more deeply, check out my offerings to help you weave the sacred back into every day life. I offer coaching, courses, and two amazing collaborative membership communites, The Sacred Year Project where we learn how to come back to the sacredness of life through cyclical and seasonal living, and Sacred Mother Sanctuary, a haven for moms to remember their own sacred wisdom and be held in sisterhood to remember who they are and what they deeply desire.
