Resilience Beyond Contemplation – Chapter 3 snippet

As I write my book I want to share some of the journey and take you with me along the way.

Today I am reading from a chapter called "Taking 100% responsibility" and let me tell you I had to pick myself up off the floor when I really understood what this meant for my future.

My book will be finished by 30th January 2021 and then off to the Publisher it goes, and I am so excited to have the opportunity to share some amazing insights and also tools that can help you become more resilient and create the life you desire, full of love, joy peace and the ability to overcome any obstacle placed in your way.

And never forget Resilience is accessible to everyone!
