Season #5, Episode #8

A Subtle Shift

I describe a shift as a subtle shift, a shift in perspective that can lead to change, for example a shift in your language, a shift in your actions, sometimes it’s a significant shift but I think mostly its subtle and when you make a few subtle changes this can have a significant impact on your life. Think about this if you make a subtle change in the amount of food you eat you will have a change, eat less junk food, you may have weight loss, eat more junk food you may have weight gain, exercise more you will have greater fitness and exercise less and you will have a decline in your fitness, you get the point.

And never forget Resilience is accessible to everyone!
