So excited to start off 2021 and our special guest is Reece Anderson who shares his journey of 20 years of anxiety, depression, debilitating tics and contemplating suicide. With life spiraling out of control Reece had ignored all the signs that he had some major work to do. Reece shares how finding a Doctor who understood him and wanted to help shows him how to develop the tools and holistic strategies that worked for him. Reece shares how taking responsibility for his life and starting on a long journey to recovery and creating his best life, a better way to live. These strategies are not without setbacks and challenges along the way, however they certainly have enabled Reece to take back his life and now help others Overcome Anything.
