Right now here in Australia we are going through another lock down and its easy to get caught up in the crazy negative spiral, however I want you to think about what you can control and how you can fill your own cup to stay in a better frame of mind.

"Freedom is of the mind" is something Archie Williams said when he was asked how he survived being locked away, incarcerated for 37 years of his life, falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit. he used music to see light in the darkness

In this podcast I want to remind you of what you can control, the choices you can still make regardless of what other people are doing and decisions that are being made and are directly impacting you and your loved one's. I want you to think about how you can take care of your own mental health, fill your own cup and how you can still be grateful for those little things that can make a big difference.

My hope is that you will see light in the darkness.
