The Resilience Movement
Resilience is the ability to bounce back after adversity and create a life you love. It’s not about avoiding struggles but learning how to rise stronger each time life knocks you down.
After facing my own personal challenges, I’ve worked hard to uncover the keys to bouncing back. Through this journey, I’ve strengthened my own well-being, self-love, joy, and connection. In this podcast, I’ll share the “how-to” of resilience—offering tools, techniques, and real-life examples of people who have overcome:
- Trauma
- Divorce
- Job loss
- Family breakdowns
- Personal struggles
Resilience Is a Muscle 💪
Just like any muscle, resilience needs consistent work to stay strong. It’s not about a one-time effort—it’s about showing up for yourself every day.
I’ll explore:
- Practical steps to build your inner strength.
- Stories of resilience from others who’ve turned their pain into power.
- How you can tap into your internal power to overcome any adversity.
Your Takeaway
Resilience isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build. When you work on your resilience muscle, you can face life’s challenges with greater confidence, knowing that you have the tools to bounce back and thrive.

Self Discovery Occurs in Stillness – Donna Moulds
So excited to start off 2022 and I want to share some of what I do to kick of the year on the right foot. Journaling can be very therapeutic and can help get the crap out of your head and onto the pages where you can decipher what’s happening. The only way to truly reflect and find what is inside is to be alone and still long enough to think about what you really want this one life to look like.
I start with reflections on what has gone, not wallowing, simply reflection, I then move into what I am truly grateful for especially looking at the year that has gone what am I most grateful for and I know for some it will be that I am grateful this year is over, and that’s perfect for you.
I then start writing my intentions for the up coming year in all aspects of my life, career, family, relationships, all if it. I build a clear picture of my intention so I can cement that and stay on track especially in challenging times.
I then look to my future and plan this out and stay aligned to my values.
Remember we are all resilient beyond what we contemplate is possible.
