There is no question that pregnancy & birth will test your strength in many, many ways, so today we are exploring the many ways that you and your birth partner will experience and exhibit strength in pregnancy, birth and beyond, we will also explore whether it's possible to be too strong, and I will share some tips you can use to improve your strength for your own pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery.
