Speaker:

These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country. But he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny like hell is not easily unconquered, yet we have this consolation with us that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, We esteem too lightly. It is dearness only that gives everything its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods. and it would be strange indeed, if so celestial, an article as freedom should not be highly rated. Thomas Paine from the American crisis and how appropriate those words are today, as we are definitely. in America in crisis. This is a live shoot podcast. I'm Jeff Dowdle and if you don't understand what I'm talking about, you haven't been watching the news. This country took a serious turn this week as we convicted a former president of bogus crimes and used the lawfare and political power to attack our political enemies. And this country is definitely at this point in time. So I thank you for listening. I just wanted to talk about the events of this week. If you haven't followed what's been happening, I don't know what's going on, but that is one of the purposes of this podcast. Hopefully it's to get out to some people that just don't follow what's going on in the day or hear only what they hear in the mainstream media. But as you may or may not have been aware of the president has been on trial. for a bogus crime of what they say is creating fraudulent business records in an effort to cover up a crime. And they would, they've never really stated what that crime is. But the essence of it is, is that he wrote checks to his lawyer, Mark Lowe. Michael Cohen, who as, and record them as a legal expense. And he did this as a, as a individual. This is not part of the Trump enterprises. This was an individual, but he's been charged as or curating fraudulent business records, even though they were done as an individual. So that's point number one multiple DAs the justice department the Federal, Federal Election Commission all have looked at this many, many times and none of them, all of them have said that there is no crime here, that, and then the statute of limitations even expired on the keeping of fraudulent business records. Even if you want to say that writing a Check to your attorney and recording it as a legal expense is is fraudulent They're saying that it wasn't a legal expense It was hush money cover up that was to be given to Stormy Daniels to keep her silent about her supposed relationship with President Trump Stormy Daniels has You know, she wrote a letter. She stated that she didn't have a relationship with President Trump. She said that many times she sued President Trump. Michael Cohen has lied repeatedly about his, his dealings with President Trump. And those were the star witnesses, but ultimately the table was tilted because we had a, a in the bag judge. A jury that was pulled from New York city that tilted heavily to President Trump in the jury selection, the judge allowed the defense to eliminate any juror based on their social media followings. If they followed things that were pro right or can Trump, but the. Defense did not have that opportunity. The defense was not allowed to call witnesses. They wanted to call somebody from the Federal Election Commission to state this was not a, there was no Federal Election Commission crime. There was no campaign for financing. Fraud. There was none of that, but they would not allow that to, to come. The judge even told the jury, you don't even have to agree on if he's guilty on all the charges. You just have to come to an agreement that some of you believe that somebody he's guilty of something. And, and that's what they did. And they have now convicted a former president, made him a felon. They have taken away his gun rights. He is now, because he is a felon, does not have the right to. Possess or buy firearms. So question, are we going to have another raid on Mar a Lago where the ATF now shows up armed with Kevlar vests and shields to gather all of President Trump's firearms that he may or may not have. And will they also be given the right to uh, shoot to kill, if, if necessary. All those are legitimate questions. The other question that comes down is, now, will they put Trump in trial? I mean, put Trump in jail? The sentencing is July 11th, I believe, which will be just a few days before the Republican National Convention. And they could say, President Trump, you were sentenced to, and I don't know, let's say six months in jail and that may seem unreasonable. So they may say, Oh, we'll be kind. We're going to send you to in home prison where you can't leave Mar a Lago as he's trying to campaign for the presidency. And that's how they will keep him off the campaign trail so that they can, he cannot beat Joe Biden. This is a travesty. Of all sorts. And if, if you haven't had any, an inkling of how you wanted to vote, this should tell you what is going on. They have come after president Trump every way they could, from the very beginning, from 2016, Russia gate PP tape you know, documents. On and on and on he had a bad conversation with Ukraine all these, January 6th, an insurrection, all of these things, he's an election denier, all of these things, and they keep coming after him because they fear him, but what they don't really, they don't know is that they should, they fear us, he represents us, he is doing this for us. President Trump has no need to run for president. He doesn't need money, he doesn't need fame, he doesn't need notoriety. The man is in, you know, in his late seventies. He has plenty of money. He could be on the golf course every day, just sitting back and making jokes and funny tweets about Joe Biden and going on, but he knows if he lets this stand and doesn't stand in front of us, he's to protect us, that they will come after us because there's nobody else right now on the Republican side that is willing to stand up to them. They will continue to, to come after all of us, whether that is imprisoning people that are on the media that are saying things that they don't like. Let's say like Steve Bannon or Peter Navarro or Alex Jones or somebody billionaire. who buys a social media company and releases it to the people. And Elon Musk, they have attacked Elon ever since. He was their darling. President Trump was the darling of the left, and now they're vehemently hated. Or, you know, come after one of us. Somebody that, you know, just is trying to exercise their Second Amendment rights. Those are all legitimate possibilities and President Trump stands in our, in the, in our, in the way, in the doorway to prevent that for us. I implore you to talk to people to vote for President Trump. People want to go and talk about his mean tweets or his, his immoral background. And I can tell you, look at anybody that has run for office, look at the candidates now. Robert Kennedy Jr. has had, multiple illicit affairs. He documented, created a journal of all his sex escapades and rated them of their performance. Joe Biden's daughter documents that he took showers with her. You go to Barack Obama and he hung out with known domestic terrorists. The Weather Underground was a known terrorist that took credit for domestic bombings and he hung out with their leaders. Hillary Clinton. Bill Clinton, Bill Clinton, for goodness sake, what he did in the Oval Office alone, right? All these things, and it's interesting, you know, as you look at all the Presidents, and we're just looking at Presidents, and the, the known failings of their character. Once you get past George W. Bush, who was a known alcoholic womanizer that once you get to his dad Reagan and some of those before him, those histories aren't quite there. And why? Because the social media is not there. The internet isn't there during those times. So don't think this is anything new. This is just something that has become more easy, easily to get to. But it's So don't look at President Trump as some as, as he is any worse than any of the others when it comes to his, his character or our moral inadequacies. He's a human being. He has made mistakes, but when you look at his record of standing up for the American people and standing up for the Christian faith and what it stands for, while he may not be perfect, he is. He does stand up for the Christian faith and he, he supports Israel. He is the only president that truly supported Israel. He got put the judges on that ended up getting Roe v. Wade overturned. So. We have to give him those types of credit. So if you're looking at it from a moral inconsistency, those are not legitimate arguments. They look at the history as president. He is not Hitler. He did not take over and rule like a dictator. Like they say he's, he's going to do. He did not do that. The man that did that is Joe Biden. And we have to stand up and we cannot be summer soldiers and sunshine patriots. We have to get out there in the cold and fight for this country. And this is the, is a critical fight as, as we could, because once, if they realize that they can do this and get, we'll get away with it, they're going to continue to do it. Pray for the president. Donate money to President Trump. Tell people that you're supporting President Trump. Do not shy away from it. There's no shame in voting for President Trump. He is an American hero in my mind. So, Get out there. Vote. Share this podcast. If I just want to give you just a little bit of background information if you don't have it and again, understand that what is happening is a crisis in America and they want to talk about it January 6th. This, this January 6th compares nothing to what they just did. Thank you. Have a good week and I'll talk to you later.
