Episode 51
The Utah Women & Leadership Project recently published a research snapshot on the status of Utah American Indian Women. Additionally, the UWLP published a summary of the two community conversations the UWLP held for American Indian women in Utah to listen to and document their experiences. This episode will discuss the findings of the research snapshot and the community conversations summary. Dr. Susan Madsen, Founding Director of the Utah Women & Leadership Project, is joined by Marin Christensen, who was a co-author on the snapshot and also co-host of the two community conversations with American Indian women, and Lillian Tsosie-Jensen, who worked with Marin to coordinate and host the two community conversations.
