Remove- food allergies/sensitivities, unfriendly microbes, poor quality foods, toxins.
Replace-healthy, whole foods, deficient nutrients, and digestive enzymes.
Repair-lining of the digestive tract, especially the small intestine and possibly the liver.
Repopulate-optimize the levels of friendly bacteria in the gut.
