Do you know who is supplying your food that you bring to your table?  We need to return to our roots of eating what we grow.  Now I know many of us do not farm or even have a desire to farm, but the small crop farmers are growing by leaps & bounds! There are a variety of  Farm Certification programs, which may include organics, sustainablility, alternative, environmentally friendly and even vertical farming options.  Check out your local farmers' markets!!
