E182: Edentity...how do you build it?

Identity is spoken of often. People say it's important to create a good identity, and people speak of the dangers of a wrong identity. But, how do we explain what identity is? And how do we create it? 

Identity is the desire to know who we are. 
For Mark, he describes the impact of identity on his life.
1. "I have nothing to prove to anyboby. I never had anything to prove to anyone."
2. "I know longer have anything to hide."
3. "I can stop trying, and replace it with being."
