These stories are all-to-real, and yet we don't talk enough about how common it is for those who took a gap year to defer college, went to college and took a break, or those who struggled launching into the workforce post-college graduation. Growing up in rural Utah, Brian came from humble beginnings. While hard working, his parents still struggled to make ends meet. Wanting a better quality life for their son than they could provide, Brian’s parents pushed him towards higher education. From a freak accident that cost his sports career, to serving a two year mission, to multiple attempts at college and everywhere in between, Brian shares his anything-but-linear journey. He explains how he eventually came to be a founder of At The Crossroads and shares the work they are doing to help young adults find their way in life.
