Health, happiness, contentment, confidence, positivity all starts from the inside but we live in a world where they want us to think it's on the outside. This is putting an end to that way of thinking but realizing when you do find your fulfillment on the inside then taking care of the outer part the cosmetic part is something that you want to do for the right reasons. The biggest part the biggest lesson of all is learning not to compare yourself to others, just be you!
