1. Do you have people in your life with whom you feel you can talk about very personal struggles like pornography? Who are they?
2. What specific steps do you take to avoid or remove triggers? Are there any steps you haven't taken yet or aren't willing to take?
3. What step can you begin to take this week to grow your relationship with Jesus to boost your long-term desire to live for Him?
4. Pray through Philippians 2:13: "God, give me the POWER [short term] to resist sexual sin today, and give me an increased DESIRE  [long term] for you that makes sexual sin look worthless for the rest of my days."
