The power of play -- yes as in fun! Yes as in games!  Yes as in whatever is playful to you! 
In this episode, Gary Ware of Breakthrough Play shares how we {adults!} can find and use play to help during times of stress.

His personal journey through the corporate routines led him to return to childlike curiosity and learning how to incorporate play back into his days, along with research to support why it has the powerful impact that it does.  Turns out, the actual neurochemistry that takes place is extremely similar to the effects of meditation -- boosting feel good chemicals in the brain and all that follows.
