Learning to Surf
Morning Mantra: “Life is like the ocean with big waves of change, all we can do is go or flow.”
Sometimes the sea is calm and other times everything can hit at once. You lose a relationship, change jobs, move, so old friends go. Life is up one day and down the next. You can feel like you have it all together on Monday and by Thursday you don’t have a clue.
Then life gets easier again. You find a new job, meet new people, their are births, and promotions, and parties and graduations.
Life isn’t guaranteed to be easy, it’s not meant to be. It’s meant to be lived. Sometimes that’s easy, sometimes that is more difficult. Just remember every situation is temporary. So when life is up- enjoy the view and when life is down just remember it will not last forever and another "up" is coming.
Just keep smiling and learn to surf.
