Can’t do all the dishes, wash a plate.
Can't read the entire proposal, read the first page.
Can't ride for an hour, just go to the barn and groom him.
Can’t clean the whole house? Clean a room.
Can’t get in the shower? Wash your face.
Can’t walk a mile? Walk to your mailbox.
Always look for the thing you CAN do with the energy and focus you DO have.
1% is better than 0%.
And as you do things, 1% turns into 2% then 3% and so on. Just do something.
