Analyst Comments: The situation with regards to 911 call center outages in Nebraska (and parts of other Midwestern states) has been contentious for some time. This latest outage comes one day after Nebraska files a formal complaint against Windstream, the telecom company responsible for 911 call center operations. This more recent complaint is in reference to the 911 call center outages of last year.
