What we believe about ourselves is based in the past. What you currently believe about yourself is thoughts about what you’ve done, or accomplished in the past.
You have beliefs about whether you can lose weight or not, whether you can get that job, or fix a relationship, or pay off debt, or buy that house. Beliefs are nothing more than sentences you think over and over and then they become beliefs.
In today's episode we are going to discuss the beliefs we have and whether or not we want to keep them or drop them. I give you some tangible steps to take to drop the beliefs you don't want to have anymore AND how to create a new belief and make it stick!
