Three Minute Balance Me. This session is designed to bring you a sense of balance. So sit comfortably with your palms open, relax, relax your shoulders, relax your back, and relax your jaws. Today we're going to be using a square shape. So if you imagine inhaling on the up, pausing at the top, exhaling on the down, and then pausing at the bottom. For a count of three on each side. It's okay to use your nose and out through the mouth, in through the mouth and out through the mouth. Or in through the nose and out through the nose. It's all cool. So let's begin.
