"Coffee Shot" guides a breathing exercise session using circular and triangle shapes to energise and relax the body. 

Participants are encouraged to breathe deeply and consciously, transitioning between shapes with specific breathing patterns. The session concludes with releasing tension through sighs and bringing awareness back to the center of the forehead.

Three minute coffee shot. This session is designed to give you the same amount of energy as a shot of coffee. So sit comfortably, relax your jaw, relax your shoulders and relax your back. Today we'll be using two shapes, being the circle with continuous breaths in and out in one circular motion and the triangle where I'll guide you through the up, releasing on the down with a breath hold at the bottom. At the end, we're going to have a bit of a sigh to let everything go, and loose everything so that we can round off the session. So let's begin. Let's start with the circle. And if you feel the need to sigh, let it sigh and then continue on. Ffft, chuh. Ffft, chuh. Ffft, chuh. Ffft, chuh. Ffft, chuh. Ffft, chuh. Continue on your own. In a moment, we'll be transitioning to a triangle where I'll guide you. 3, 2, 1. Breathe in, two, three, out, two, three, pause, two, three in two. 3, out, 2, 3, pause, 2, 3. Now let's transition back to circles, and increase the pace. Ffft, tch, ffft, tch, ffft, tch, ffft, tch, ffft, tch, ffft, tch, ffft, tch, ffft, tch. Continue to loosen your hands, loosen your shoulders, and then wiggle your body as well. You can see if you notice the deepening of your inhale, and increase the breath. Listen to your body. body and just allow the energy to come to you. 3, 2, 1, let's transition into a triangle. Inhale, 2, 3, exhale, 2, 3, hold, 2, 3. Inhale, 2, 3, exhale, 2, 3. Three. Hold, two, three. Let's pick up the pace for this final 30 seconds. So now let's move towards completing the session by taking two big size and bringing your awareness back to the center of your eyebrows with me. Ah. Ah. This completes the session.
