Three minute relax. This session is designed to help you relax. We'll be introducing the triangle shape. So imagine drawing up your breath through your nose to the top of the triangle and out through your mouth to the bottom with the paws at the base of the triangle. We'll start with a count of three. Try and make it so that everything flows. So sit comfortably, palms open, relax your jaw, relax your shoulders. Relax your back. And let's begin. In, two, three. Out, two, three. Pause, two, three.
