So if you want to get your hands on that, make sure you check out the link in the description so that you can get let's get more time. 20, 24 for the low price of$30. Now let's go ahead and jump on in to this training.

Toni-Ann:

I'm going to go through the training that I wanted to do really quick about energy management, because that is 1 piece that we have not covered in depth with the presentations for the summit. So energy management is all about how we can better preserve our energy so that we can show up. throughout the day with sustained energy without being tired and overwhelmed by the end of the day. And one of the things as moms, we have a lot of responsibilities. We have a lot of people that we have to take care of, and it can get a little crazy trying to juggle all of the things. So having a way to manage your energy well, it's going to help you with not only Being able to show up on your best, but also to be able to take care of yourself, take care of everyone else and do it without burning yourself out. So when I started looking into ways to better have better energy management, some of the basic things come up as far as making sure that you're getting enough sleep, getting enough water, you're eating a proper diet, all those good things, the things that we know. We're supposed to do all of those things came up. And I think that's one thing that we tend to overlook because I know at one point when I was trying to lose weight, I kind of hit a plateau. And I remember talking to my coach and being like, I'm doing everything that you tell me to do. I can't seem to get past this. What is going on? And he was like, how are you doing with sleeping? Are you getting enough sleep? How are you doing with drinking enough water? And how are you doing with your stress? Those are like my three big ones. And on all three of those, I got a, a C minus maybe on all of those. I'm being really nice to myself, giving myself a C minus, but I was not doing well in those three areas, but those things do help to make sure that we are Not only not packing on pounds because I was getting so stressed that I was actually gaining a whole bunch of weight, but actually also help with managing your energy well. So don't forget about the, the things that we know we're supposed to do. Don't forget to look at, you know, how are you doing with your sleep? How are you doing with your water intake? How are you doing with making sure that you're getting nutritious meals in? And then also with exercise too. And I know I had a conversation with a friend of mine about exercise and it's not always about you know, going to the gym and lifting weights and all that. Like if you do that more power to you, cause I, I like doing that too every now and then, but exercise could simply be just like taking a walk. It could be stretching, it could be yoga, it could be a lot of different things, but just anything that you can do to move your body actually does help you to have more energy so that you can have time to do the things that you want and need to do. But another thing that I think is often overlooked is our mindset, which is 1 big piece that we are going to cover on day 1, by making sure that we have the proper mindset, we can shift into having more energy, which I know it kind of sounds kind of goofy, but. When you start paying attention to how you're thinking and what you're saying to yourself and the thoughts that you're having, you'll be surprised like how that can affect your energy and your mood and things of that sort. So I'm not going to get too much into that because we're going to cover a lot of that on day one, the presentations that the ladies have put together. For day, 1 are amazing and they're going to cover all of that. If you are having or, you know, that your mindset could could use a little tune up or could use a little help definitely check out the day 1 presentations because they are so, so, so good. So mindset is another thing that, you can pay attention to, to help with energy management. And then another big one is multitasking. I know you've heard it before, but multitasking really just gets your brain going in so many different ways, and that can get you tired fast, get your brain tired fast. So just pay attention to the times when you're multitasking or trying to do too many things at one time, because that will quickly get you overwhelmed and exhausted really, really fast. Another thing to pay attention to is your schedule, how you're scheduling things out. Like for instance, for me, like today is my day off from work. I could, you know, jam pack my day with doing a whole bunch of stuff which would be great. I would get a lot of things done, but I would be exhausted by 10 AM. So just making sure that you're looking at how you're scheduling things out. And Risa Williams she's one of our speakers. She'll be presenting on day one. She has a really great method. On knowing which activities are going to require a lot more energy or causing more stress. So, you know, okay, like, I have 5 things that are going to stress me out all in a row. Like, how can I break this up so that my stress stress levels can stay. At a more manageable state. So make sure to check out Risa's presentation because she goes into that really, really well. But just looking at how you can schedule things better is another way to make sure that you're managing your energy very well so that you can have time for the things that you want and need to do. Then last thing that I do want to touch on is self care and taking care of yourself. And I know as moms, we It can be hard for us to find the time to take care of ourselves, but there are some things that we can do that are very minimal time don't cost money and can have a really big impact in our days and in our lives if we're doing it on a consistent basis. So I have a list of 20, I believe 20 self care ideas that don't cost any money. I'll put that link in the description here. Once this is over, if you are interested in some ideas, just to get the wheels turning, but just think of things that are going to help to rejuvenate you to help to make you excited, things that are going to help to take care of you. Those are the kinds of things that you want to be doing on a regular basis to. Make sure that you're caring for yourself. That's all I have for right now. Super excited about the summit starting on Thursday. Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. I'm so excited. I'm really, really, really excited. And I hope that you get excited too, because when I tell you these presentations are so good, they are so good. And then on top of that we'll be doing some live sessions. In the evenings at 8 30 p. m. Eastern Standard Time. So if you are in any other part of the world just look at the the time converter and look at New York, find the time convert your time to New York time.

Now that's it for this episode. Again, if you want to get all of the presentations from let's get more time, 20, 24, make sure you use the link in the description so that you can get it for the low price of$30. I will be back again next week for another full episode, take care and with lots of laugh.
