Drowsiness and dry mouth. Oh my god, that's what I should name my new podcast. Drowsy and dry mouth.
SPEAKER_00Guys, I'm fucking losing it, eh?
SPEAKER_01What's up, my little love buckets? Welcome back to another episode of the J D Remedy. Thank you so much for tuning in this week. Welcome back to me. I need a celebration, celebratory cake, or cheers, whatever you want to do. I have not uploaded for two weeks. Two weeks? I know. Not gonna lie, it's been a pretty heckers two weeks in terms of lots of life changes and all the mental health and stuff that goes with that. But I will talk about all the changes that have happened today. I'll talk about my health. I'll talk about my personal life because why not? We all love juicy goss in someone's personal life. I'm always happy to share it with you guys though. Um, and what else? I have some exciting news or some updates. It's not really news, it's it's an update. I am in the middle of renaming this podcast. I just don't really align to the name anymore, although I do highly enjoy singing my introduction. I just, yeah, it's time for a little change. It's time for a little change. I have a few different options that it's been narrowed down, and I have been putting it on my Instagram stories for voting and things like that. So if you want your say, make sure you're following my Instagram page, which is Jade Delpupcoaching, and then you can vote. Have your say. So that's really exciting. I think that was also another reason I didn't upload because I knew there was a change coming, but also that's just an excuse. So here I am, back recording. So I don't know if I've previously spoken about my health, but randomly, all the time, um, I start getting like super dizzy, really nauseous, and like really bad headaches, and that lasts for like a week and then it goes away, and then it comes back whenever it feels like it. I've had blood tests, I've had scans on my brain, I've had everything. Um, and so far no one knows what it is. I just take panel and rest when it's all good. Um, I went to the doctors today, just it's like a trial and error thing with my health at the moment, so I rule out as much as you can. And today we're trying the ears just in case there's like a blockage and an imbalance and all that shit. So it turns out my left ear is very, very blocked. So I got eardrops. Um, I don't know if you guys want to know this. I'm just gonna tell you anyway, you have no choice. It's my podcast. Um, so I got eardrops to like, you know, do its thing. And then I gotta go back, end of the week, and the nurse has to like remove everything. I don't know, that's gonna be pretty gross. But she said, you know, if it gets too gunky or the wax builds up, it can cause an imbalance, and that won't make you feel dizzy. So hopefully this helps because if it doesn't, then I'm really out of options. Like, I have no idea. She uh tried to take a stab at my at me being vegan. I was like, I do understand your concerns. Like, yes, it's more difficult for us to get the required nutrients, but you know what? Like, I have a regular B12 shot in my bottom, so in my bottom, like on my bum chick. So I'm all good. I've also had an iron infusion. There's me slowly wasting away, but it's not being vegan, it's not me being vegan, probably is, but you know, I'd rather be super unhealthy than eight animals. So there we go. Personal choice for me to suffer. Anyway, she gave me a prescription to help manage my dizziness and nausea symptoms. So I went over to the chemist directly across the road and got the prescription, and he said, I need to tell you about the side effects. I was like, Cool, hit me, bro. And he said, You'll feel dizzy. I was like, Okay, um, you know, I got this prescription because I felt dizzy, and he's like, Yeah. I was like, but it makes you dizzy. He's like, Yeah, just don't get up too quickly. I was like, Well, I'm already trying to not to do that because I feel dizzy anyway. And then he goes, There's another side effect, you might feel drowsy. He's like, try not to take them during the day and try not to drive. And I'm like, you know, I have to leave my house to go to work. The reason I came to the doctors is because I'm too dizzy to drive. Um, and I'd like to go to work not feeling like I'm gonna black out, like not feeling like I'm fucking 19 years old in Metros Frios, do you know what I mean? So I've been there, done that feeling. I don't need it while I'm working. And he's like, Yeah, try not to take it during the day. So I'm like, I have to take this medication three times a day, by the way. And I'm like, So you want me to not take it during the day, have it all at night time, and be aware of the drowsiness and the additional dizziness it's gonna give me? And he's like, Yep. I was like, who designed this drug? Because I can feel dizzy and drowsy for free. Do you know what I mean? Like, I already feel fucking tired all the time, and I'm dizzy all the time for free. And you want me to pay for this medication to perhaps stop my dizziness? Okay, sure. So I bought the drugs, um, and I took some when I got home because I felt like shit, and you would be correct, sir. The drowsiness probably shouldn't have filmed a podcast directly after taking medication that makes you drowsy, but you know what? I like a challenge, and I'm in the real world with real problems, so I'm gonna do it live on my podcast. I don't know if this drug makes you like loopy. I think I'm like that already, but you guys will be the true test when you listen back to this, you're gonna be like, she's a fucking nutter. Turns out I didn't take medication, I'm just weird. So the big, big change that's happened, ready? Drum roll, please. I don't know if the microphone picked that up, probably. That was a drum roll. Ya gal is very tired.
SPEAKER_00No, that's not news.
SPEAKER_01Your girl is single, pringle, not ready to mingle. So, yes, I am single again. This would be our third time breaking up. Yes, I'm one of those annoying fucking couples that are on and off like a child on a school bus. So I don't know where these random puns and shit are coming from. It's probably the medication. I'm just gonna blame the medication because they're really bad. But they're just coming through me. They have like a message from above, they have to come out. So yeah, look, been real sad. It's just one of those things when when a relationship you want a relationship to work so badly because you love someone and they're such a fucking incredible human being and they make you so happy, but it's like I was forcing it to work because of those reasons, but I just wasn't in it. I don't know, like for whatever reason, my brain and my my brain, not my heart, my heart loves him, but my my head was like, nah, don't want this anymore. Obviously, it's way more than that. That's a blanket statement, but it is tough, especially after the third time of trying to make it work. You really kind of step back and go, cool, like we really have tried, and this is definitely not gonna work now. And that in itself, apart from a breakup, is just agony, right? To come to terms with and to go through, especially if that person's done nothing wrong, and it was an incredible relationship. It just sometimes it just doesn't work, and unless you've been in that situation, it's really hard to understand. Like, why wouldn't you just stay if he makes you happy? But it had nothing to do with him. You can't force yourself to like someone or you know, the to force desire. I'm someone that's like very I have to be connected with someone for there to be like desire and a libido and stuff like that. I'm very much in my head about that kind of stuff. So if I don't, if I shut off emotionally, that's it, like that's that relationship's done. Do you know what I mean? And it takes a certain kind of courage and self-worth, even to decide to leave a relationship that is good for you, some kind of lunatic, but uh some kind of self-worth to go this is not it, like there's I'm not I'm not feeling this like in my gut. Do you know what I mean? Like, and the more I do stuff to become more in tune with myself and my my intuition and my gut or whatever the hell you want to call it, it like peaks more, and I know because I'm when that there's something that is on my mind constantly, it just drowns out my whole world. Like I can't think of anything else, it gives me anxiety, and I actually unconsciously when there's something that you're avoiding, I binge eat really badly, and that's how I normally know that something's not right. Like, obviously, I was frustrated all the time, I was becoming angry and irritable, and obviously not good for him because he doesn't deserve my fucking little tanties, my tant tantrums, tantrums, anger tantrums, you know what they're called? Mm-hmm. Dryliness kicking in. Um, he didn't deserve any of that, so it also takes that courage to kind of walk away and say, hey, like you're actually not doing him any favors by staying, like he deserves more, he deserves someone that is a hundred percent into it emotionally and you know present in the relationship. So that was it's super fucking tough, you know. And when you have these massive decisions that you are avoiding, or you just keep going like a yo-yo every side of the fence, like, oh yes, I should stay, no, I shouldn't stay, you know, pros and fucking cons. And I I'm if I don't make decisions and if I ignore my gut feeling or my intuition, then I rebel, and I rebel with anger and frustration to the world, and I shut off from everything and I binge, I really do, and that's normally a sign for me that I'm ignoring something and I'm going against what should be happening. Um, it's so fucking crazy. The more you're in tune with your body and your mind and your spirit and whatever else, there are huge signs to follow, and I think for both of us, without obviously going into detail in respect to the relationship and him, that we are we do love each other, we respect each other, but it's just not the time. Um, whatever the hell that means, and I think we're soulmates, just I don't know what way, in what way yet. Like I 100% think that we're meant to be in each other's lives, just not sure how or what that looks like for now. I'm not really someone that breaks up with someone and then never has anything to do with you unless you are a piece of shit, like some of my ex-boyfriends. But I also am friends with a lot of my ex-boyfriends. It's like if you didn't do me wrong and you were a beautiful part of my life, I don't know why. I don't think there's any blanket right or wrong thing to do, but if someone was good to you and they brought positivity to your life at a point in time when you needed it, then I think you know there shouldn't be any bad blood. And I know my my most recent ex and I have done the naughties and just you know never really had a proper breakup. We were just we stayed in each other's lives, and obviously that resulted in us getting back together three times. Um, but I just I don't know, like I just can't you can't let go. Do you know what I mean? It's hard enough breaking up, but then to say I'm never gonna speak to you again, like that's not really my start. Do I get hurt in the process? Yes, does he? Yeah, sure. You know, I think I'm willing to go through that hardship and those lessons for happy times as well. And I don't know whether that will change if we get hurt again. But I don't know, there's just I think we need to stop putting so much pressure on what is the right thing to do and what is the wrong thing to do. Do whatever the fuck you want, do whatever feels right in the moment, and yeah, you might get hurt, but yeah, you might be happy. If you get hurt, there's lessons in that. So I'm always up for growth, I'm always up for a lesson, even if it comes on the back end of being heartbroken. And you know, if I don't get hurt, then cool, we're happy and we're friends and we're in each other's lives. So really take that with a grain of salt, obviously, depending on what your situation is. But I'm just like getting to the point where I'm exhausted from like overanalysing everything, and it's interesting because I recently have been getting more into human design, and I know a lot of you that are into that will hear me say that and go, Oh, here we fucking go. But it's so interesting. I um my authority is emotional intuition, and I take fucking ages to make a decision as well. I thought I was just indecisive, or I probably am, but my human design is I cannot make decisions quickly, and I can't make a decision unless I have absolute certainty and clarity, and that definitely started making sense to me after reading my human design and things like that. It was awesome to read it and go, oh, that's why I am the way I am. So there's a reason I stay in love relationships way longer than I should, because I just don't know. Like, I need to be connected to my heart and my emotion and just really sit with the feeling and the decision before I make time to make a decision. So we all operate differently, especially with decision making. So if you're in a position where you're unsure of something, like take as much time as you need. Um, and again, just like really be careful where you get your advice from. Is it coming from a good place? And again, is it coming from someone that makes decisions completely different to you? So you can appreciate advice from a distance, but as long as you feel connected to that advice and it suits you, it'd be really cool to take advice from people that have the same human design as you. So I'm also learning what a manifest for manifesting generator is, because that's what I am, and that makes a lot of sense because I have so many fucking ideas. I like start start a lot of different things, but never finish them. I'm already on to the next idea before I finish what I started. And I think unless you really know what human design is or how you operate and what your personality traits are and all that shit, like what your energy is, what your patterns are energetically, then that could very well come across as I feel like a failure. Because I never finished anything. But you know what? Now that I know that I'm a manigin, look at me using the lingo, I'm like, yeah, I just burst at the seams with ideas, and it's just not enough time to finish them. I'm sticking with that reason, and that's it. Man, this medication's giving me dry mouth. What is going on? Like, this is just meant to be a nausea and like dizziness tablet. Um, I wish they like worse decision to do a podcast right now, but it's all good. I feel like it's flowing, it's definitely flowing, but no, after this big change, obviously a lot of up and downs emotionally, but it's fucking weird. I haven't seen angel numbers for a while. Like, I was I'm very much like trying to be connected to all that stuff, and I had a huge pull, like gut feeling intuition that I need to leave. Like my thoughts were overwhelmingly pulling me toward you need to leave. Um, but wasn't seeing any angel numbers that I was consciously aware of. Um, as soon as we broke up for two weeks straight, angel numbers every day, every day, without fail, on my petrol, my speedometer, my kilometers, my clock, like everywhere. And I'm like, fucking alright, yes, you show off. I get it. You're smart. So my angels, like, okay, I get it. You can stop showing off. They're sitting up there laughing, like, told you, bitch. Told you, girl. We got you. Man, I want to eat meet my eat my angels, meet my angels one day. That'll be sick. Okay, while we're on the subject of just talking shit and talking about random shit, can we talk about the fucking cost of living right now? Like, I'm not gonna get political because that's just messy, but the cost of living I don't even know what to say. Like, it's kind of scary. I've always thought it was weird. How's this gonna come across without me being like a kooky? This is a judgment-free zone, guys. So, you know, like we go to school and we learn about history, right? Like, we learn about the black plague and the Great Depression and World War Fucking II, and now we sit here watching all this shit unfold, like all the war going on, like Russia bombing Ukraine and everything going on, like the falling of all of the world's money, like all the shit that happened in Sri Lanka and everything, and then obviously COVID and being locked in our houses, and now pretty much the possibility of a recession. And I didn't even like I knew that was a word, but I didn't know what it meant until I watched it on the Daily Oz, because that's the only place I watched the news, and I was like, that's actually really fucking scary. Going to the shops and paying astronomical prices for food and rent continuously going up and petrol going up. And it's like, are we actually like, is a is are we actually gonna be poor? Like, is are we gonna be in poverty? Uh is there actually gonna be World War III? Like, I watch all this stuff on TikTok. TikTok, I've learned so much more than when I went to school, but it's also terrifying. TikTok, if you get on the wrong side of TikTok, it's fucking scary, um, just in terms of like world news. But you watch all the war and stuff that's breaking out and all the channels talking about how Russia's like prepping nuclear weapons, and I'm like, is there any point me going to work today? Like, should I just should I just quit my job? Like, I don't want to laugh at the situation, but also what is the point right now? And then the fucking photos that came out of the universe or the multiple universes made me feel so insignificant. I was like, what is the point of life? What are we doing, guys? Why are we going to work nine to five Monday to Friday? Who decided this is turning into a ramp? Who decided that we have to work five days a week in the nine to five time? Like, who decided that? Who decided who decided this? And why are the secrets of millionaires beating the tax system, living their best life, not sharing it with the rest of the rest of us? Because that's probably how we'd end up in a recession, but still. Oh, I've just been so overwhelmed. And you know what? The shit thing about a breakup as well is you go from a two-income household to a one. And I'm telling you right now, if they fucking up my rent, my excuse is gonna be no no no no no. I just went through a breakup, so my rent will not be raised, it'll actually be reversed, please and thank you, because you know, single income, gals going through an emotional time, not paying rent. Thanks. Oh, but isn't it scary? And the more scary thing is like I feel like we don't have control over anything. We sit here going, okay, there's a problem, but like, what's the answer? What do we do? Nothing. We just do nothing, so we watch it unfold and we watch it get worse every month. It's kind of scary, and I don't, yeah, I just it's awful. Anyway, I don't really want to talk about negative shit, but it's just been a lot, it's been a lot. I'm doing my best to be a 20-something year old uh without a mental breakdown. But you know, we'll see how it goes. Life's kind of fun with mental breakdowns sometimes. Gives me something to talk about with you guys.
unknownJust kidding.
SPEAKER_01We don't joke about mental health on this channel, it's very serious. But in all seriousness, I'm doing okay. I feel like I need a little break. I'd rather have a break and put good shit out, like good episodes. The irony of today's episode. But you know, I'm all about mental health. So if you like take care of yourselves, if you're not feeling up to it that day, then just fucking rest. Take some time to heal. And that's what I did. Took a couple of weeks off, yup, and here I am, half back. Thought I'd be ready to go, but it turns out drowsiness and dry mouth. Oh my god, that's what I should name my new podcast, drowsy and dry mouth.
SPEAKER_00Guys, I'm fucking losing it, eh?
SPEAKER_01I'm losing it. Wow. This isn't even codeine. Like, I'm not even on codeine, it's literally just like an it could be fucking ginger tablets from the tablet, like for travel nausea. But I think the drowsiness is taking my brain cells away. So I'm gonna finish up here before I say anything embarrassed. Uh oh, thanks. If you made it this far, fucking good for you. Come join me in the Looney Bin. I am so grateful to have you guys on this podcast. Thank you so much for listening. If you do want to contribute to the rename of the podcast, I would love your input.
