This week the Director starts the massive subject of the Guards in the Second World War.....tracing the five regiments from the outbreak of the war in September 1939 to the end of the North African Campaign. The five regiments were embroiled in some of the fiercest fighting of WW2 and, in usual style, performed outstandingly throughout.
