Lewis Moses catches up with fellow New Levels Coaching coach Kirsty Hillier to discuss how she returned to running after having a baby, to run the 2021 Manchester Marathon.
Kirsty discusses the importance time managemet, how she became flexibile in her training approach, and the benifits of cross training. She also touches on the external pressures there can be to return to running as soon as possible, and how she took her time, ensuring her body was fully recovered and ready to get back to running the miles.
