Worries Away.
Don't worry, be happy? If only It were that easy. COVID-19 has flipped the educational system upside down. Teachers have so much to worry about outside of work, that they need to limit their worries with teaching. In this episode, I am encouraging teachers to worry about what they can control. We will also do a brief activity that teachers can add to their tool kit to help them when stress is getting the best of them.
