Welcome to Legal Marketing 101. I'm Toby Rosen and welcome back to Episode 2 in our AI Again series. Today, we are going to talk about intake, and we're going to go through how to set up AI for your intake, step by step. The only issue we may have is that there are tons of systems that you can use to set up a system like this. What I'm going to talk about is not the only option. However, this system does work and it's pretty cost effective, and if you're going to add some more AI to your process, following along with this little guide will get you on the right track.

But today we're focusing on how AI can help summarize and categorize clients for both digital and phone intakes, and how it can be seamlessly integrated into your existing CRM system. The goal here is to streamline the initial intake process, reducing our manual work that's required and increasing the accuracy and the efficiency of the system overall. So this episode is going to be a little different than usual, because we're going to walk through this setup together, but it's going to be fun, so let's get through it. We're gonna go step by step.
