Welcome to the new air day! Monday! As much as I love for everyone to wake up to me on Sunday morning, needing a friend on a Monday is clutch! You know, the day most of us are on the struggle bus and in need of a hug to push us into the day!
In truth, all jokes aside, my soul sister was having a rough Monday morning and shared with me that my podcast helped her mood while driving to work. Listening to the podcast helped her place a lot of her swirling thoughts into perspective. It was a beautiful and heartfelt compliment; to help someone without knowing it, in their time of need.
