Teachers Supporting Teachers Series 5 Episode 8: A meditation to help you when feel overwhelmed
Last episode we talked about different types of rest. And in this episode I'm connecting with a short guided meditation for you to help you with sensory rest, and to reconnect to being grounded. This meditation is designed for you to imagine a green space that helps you to reconnect the heart and mind. It is designed as a short practice that can support you before, during or after professional experience.
Note: Do this meditation for the first time in a safe place, not on a train as you travel or while you are driving a car to professional experience.
